Lumessa in ChatGPT and Claude

Lumessa’s word cards work inside ChatGPT and Claude. Ask for words in Polish, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese or German, and they appear as cards: the word, its English, an example sentence with its English, a memory hook, its opposite when it has one, and a button that plays the word’s recorded sound.

What you can ask

  • Words for a reason to learn: “Teach me five Polish words for getting around Kraków.”
  • One word, either way: how to say “thank you” in Italian, or what dziękuję means.
  • A language’s first words: where to start with Spanish, for example.
  • More of the same: “Five more, please.”

How to add it

  • In Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it Lumessa and paste https://mcp.getlumessa.com/mcp. Then turn it on for a chat from + → Connectors.
  • In ChatGPT: Plugins → Add → Add custom MCP server, name it Lumessa and paste the same address. Then type @Lumessa in a chat.

Naming Lumessa in your request (“Use Lumessa to…”) is the surest way for the cards to appear.

Good to know

You can look up any of about the thousand commonest words of each language, and words for a reason to learn come five at a time. It needs no account. It keeps nothing about you: see the privacy notice.
